  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Best for when you need your fashion fix faster!

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Perfect for budget-savvy trendsetters!

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International orders may be subject to customs fees – these are the responsibility of the customer.

🌀 Returns & Exchanges

While we hope you’ll love every piece as much as we do, we understand sometimes the fashion forecast changes. Our returns policy is designed to be faster than a trend cycle!

Return Timeframe

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Conditions

All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • In resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear & Nightwear
  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
  • Final sale items marked with “🌪️ STORM SPECIAL”

The Return Process (Faster Than a Trend Cycle!)

  2. Get Approved: Our Fashion Emergency Team will respond within 24 hours with return authorization
  3. Pack It Up: Securely package items with original packaging and include the completed return form
  4. Ship It Back: Use the prepaid return label we provide (free for exchanges) or ship via your preferred carrier
  5. Track Your Storm: We’ll email confirmation when we receive your return

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card/PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 2-5 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Note: For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as your return is processed, with no additional shipping charges!

International Returns

For our global trendsetters outside the US:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We recommend using tracked shipping (we can’t credit items that don’t arrive)
