⏱️ Return Timeframe

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in resalable condition.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To keep our fashion tornado spinning safely, these items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear & Nightwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
  • Final sale items marked with “🌪️ STORM SPECIAL”

🌀 The Return Process (Faster Than a Trend Cycle)

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and items you wish to return (see template below).
  2. Get Approved: Our Fashion Emergency Team will respond within 24 hours with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely package items with original packaging and include the completed return form.
  4. Ship It Back: Use the prepaid return label we provide (free for exchanges) or ship via your preferred carrier.
  5. Track Your Storm: We’ll email confirmation when we receive your return.

💸 Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card/PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 2-5 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Note: For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as your return is processed, with no additional shipping charges!

🌍 International Returns

For our global trendsetters outside the US:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We recommend using tracked shipping (we can’t credit items that don’t arrive)
